We have an important update for clients who use our Mass Mail services.
Over two years ago, we posted a notice about upcoming charges for email overages. We held off as long as possible, but the time has finally come to enforce these charges. Starting February 1, 2017, emails sent beyond your plan limit will incur a charge of $0.001/send. That's 1,000 emails for $1. This charge will be added to your bill the following month. Alternatively, you can save 20 percent by adding a block of additional monthly sends to your plan for $0.0008/send, which equates to 1,000 for $0.80.
Navigate to the Mass Mail section of SiteWrench, which is the mail icon in your left hand sidebar navigation. Underneath our green message area, there is a Current Usage line that will tell you how many mass mails you sent compared to how many you are currently paying for. You can Manage your Plan Settings to see additional pricing options.
To see your trend of mass mail send usage, click on Manage Plan Settings or use the Plan Settings tab in the top of your Mass Mail section. We have provided a chart of recent data to give you an idea of your mass mail sending trends. If you find that your current plan suits your needs, you may want to opt to continue with your mass mail plan and just pay the occasional overages of $0.001/send, which is 1,000 emails for $1. The overage will be applied to bill for the next month.
However, if you find that you are regularly using more mass mail sends than your plan allows, you have the ability to add a block of monthly sends. This option will save you 20 percent for $0.0008/send (1,000 for $0.80).
Within the Mass Mail section of SiteWrench, you can navigate to the Plan Settings section. There is a drop down to increase your quota and update your plan. You will see this update reflected on your next invoice.
We allow you to increase your quota up to 250,000 mass mail sends. If you find that number needs to be increased, please reach out to our support team.
