Nothing against your brother-in-law, odds are good that we don't know him. We do, however, hear about other people's brothers-in-law who build their website and then don't do a great job supporting and updating it. Website design, development, maintenance and marketing is what we do for a living. It's not our side-job that we started to help pay down some debt (by the way, we're a completely debt-free company). A Note About Open Source
We’re not at all anti-open source when it comes to CMS implementation (we’ve been known to implement an open source CMS for clients from time-to-time). There are some specific situations where open source makes a lot of sense, but using an open source CMS can mean opening a can of worms. Server management, software deployment, plug-in implementation, version upgrades, compatibility issues and no one point of system support (open source CMS solutions are supported by volunteers with varying degrees of expertise) can lead to a veritable cornucopia of headaches and trial-and-error situations. SiteWrench eliminates all of these concerns. We created SiteWrench. We own it, and it is in our best interest to keep it up-to-date and working well.
